Demolition + Site Restoration
Demolish existing structures including a 4000 sq ft office building, a 1500 sq ft house and a 3000 sq ft shop. Salvage usable building materials for reuse and recycling. Removed concrete slabs, pillars and foundations, and took the site down to native soil. Decommission septic system on site. Install backfill in disturbed areas and hydroseed the site.
