REDMOND CONTAMINATED SOIL REMEDIATION

This project involved exporting 27,005 tons of contaminated soil impacted by PAH's from fire-damaged building material and creosote timbers, along with 2,223 tons of overburden. This project required the treatment of contaminated groundwater using an onsite treatment system. The site was then restored with  4,929 tons of gravel borrow and the placement of organic woody material to establish a new habitat. Finally, it was approximately 3 acres was hydroseeded to support vegetation establishment and site stabilization.
