18 LOT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Performed site development and civil construction activities for an 18-lot residential project, including vegetation clearing and grubbing, mass excavation to design elevations for homes, driveways, sidewalks, and preparation of subgrades with imported crushed rock. Installed underground utilities including water, storm, and sewer systems. In addition, we executed a field-directed water main reroute to resolve unforeseen utility conflicts. Additional scope included excavation and installation of light pole bases and conduit throughout the park area, procurement and installation of a Biopod Filter System per project plans, and construction of an approximately 12,000 SF stormwater pond featuring a 30-mil PVC liner with keyed perimeter anchoring and quarry spall overflow protection.
