SHORELINE BOILER ROOM ABATEMENT + DEMO

This project included abatement on windows and the boiler system onsite, followed by the demolition of the approximately 95-foot chimney using a long-reach excavator down to the base. The demolition work was carefully conducted around an active natural gas line, which was protected throughout the project. After demolition was completed, the site improvements included the installation of new asphalt pavement for the parking lot.
